This year, I had the pleasure of photographing the "Dog Days Of Summer" event at Hounds of Erie, a dog-friendly vineyard in Norfolk County, Ontario.
The "Dog Days Of Summer" event highlights a different breed each weekend. When I visited, I met a beautiful Bernese Mountain Dog. Despite the breed focus, all dogs are welcome at this event.
The Winery & People
Hounds of Erie Winery, a beautiful vineyard owned by Melissa and Matt, is a place where you're welcomed with warm smiles. If you haven’t visited yet, make sure to add it to your summer plans. The winery offers tasting tours and a lovely patio to relax and enjoy their delicious hard ciders and wines. But the highlight is the dog-friendly area, a perfect spot for your furry friends to play and for you to unwind.
The Bernese Mountain Dog
It was fun meeting a Bernese Mountain Dog for the first time. Their friendly nature and wagging tails showed how much they enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere of the winery.
